Are you a versatile HR professional with a passion for people and processes? At Coldenhove, we are looking for an HR Officer (16-20 hours) who can take our employees and organization to the next level. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and selection to training policy and personnel administration.

What will you be doing?

• Monitoring and applying HR policies and CLA (collective labor agreement) regulations, and making improvement and policy proposals.
• Coordinating and executing occupational health and absenteeism policies, including guiding reintegration processes.
• Organizing recruitment and selection activities, from creating job profiles to onboarding.
• Advising on and coordinating training opportunities and subsidies.
• Managing personnel and payroll administration and serving as the point of contact for pensions and insurances.
• Carrying out HR projects and supporting facility-related tasks, such as staff events and contract management.

What do you bring?

• Experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a production or technical environment.
• Knowledge of labor law, CLA regulations, and absenteeism policy.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and a foreign language.
• Proficiency with HR and payroll systems and administrative processes.
