To expand our presence in the USA, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage key relationships within the digital textile printing industry, focusing on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Coldenhove’s market presence in the East Coast USA.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital textile printing sector.
- Provide expert guidance on dye sublimation solutions to customers, ensuring optimal application of our products.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Coldenhove at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Travel up to 60% of the time to visit customers, partners, and attend industry events.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the digital textile printing or dye sublimation industry.
- Strong technical understanding of sublimation printing, digital textile printing, and transfer papers.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of an international team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).
- Based in the USA (East Coast preferred).
