Senior Account Manager – International

This position requires independence and flexibility: you will spend about 40% of your time traveling internationally to discover new business opportunities and strengthen relationships worldwide.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing sales strategies: You spot opportunities in your region and develop well-thought-out sales objectives and account strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Achieving sales objectives: You manage the entire sales process, from pricing to customer relationships, ensuring that targets are met. You regularly travel to meet clients and distributors worldwide and explore new markets.
  • Relationship management: You build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and distributors, ensuring everyone remains satisfied.
  • Networking & Business Development: You expand your professional network and actively seek new business opportunities. You know exactly how to highlight Coldenhove’s innovative products in the right way.
  • Complaint handling: You tackle complex customer complaints and provide lasting solutions.
  • Market analysis: You closely monitor market trends and competitor developments to further increase Coldenhove’s market share.
  • Developing new business: You identify new market opportunities with both existing and new clients, ensuring our products receive the attention they deserve.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the paper industry.
  • A strong analytical mind and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Higher professional education (HBO) level.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and German; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.
  • Willing to travel internationally about 40% of your time to uncover new business opportunities.
