Challenge
Bioracer, a Belgian performance wear manufacturer, relied on silkscreen printing but needed to accommodate growing demand for customized sportswear. They required a method that could produce small runs quickly while maintaining fabric softness and ensuring consistent colors.
Solution
The company transitioned to digital sublimation printing and selected Coldenhove transfer paper for its sharp prints and even ink release. Unlike UV printing, sublimation leaves fabrics soft and foldable, which is essential for athletic garments. Coldenhove’s papers provided the reliability necessary for mass customization.
Results
With digital printing and high‑quality transfer paper, Bioracer can now produce countless design variations for cycling teams and individual athletes. Projects such as the Equipe Mont Ventoux kit illustrate how the company meets ambitious design goals while providing flexible, comfortable sportswear.
