About the role
As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you work at the core of our production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our paper machines, utilities and technical installations remain safe, stable and reliable. From troubleshooting to upgrades, no day is the same — and your work directly impacts the quality of our products.

Location: Eerbeek, the Netherlands

Contract: full-time
What you’ll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and utilities
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control-related faults
- Execute modification and improvement projects
- Work closely with operators and engineers to keep processes running smoothly
- Participate in standby (consignation) duties
- Contribute to improvement teams and technical optimisations
Who you are
- Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics or M&R
- Experience in a production environment (paper or process industry is a plus)
- Flexible, analytical and solution-oriented
- Willing to participate in standby shifts
- Certificates such as NEN3140 are helpful (or you are willing to obtain them)
