Jetcol® HTR1000 is a lightweight sublimation paper (66 GSM) engineered for cost-efficient, high-speed printing. Despite its low weight, it maintains the stability, transfer yield, and color brilliance that define the Jetcol® range — making it ideal for users who need performance and economy in one solution
HTR1000 is designed for plotter printing and smaller-scale textile production such as fashion samples, custom sportswear, and promotional textiles. It’s the perfect choice when you want to reduce paper use and shipping weight without compromising print quality
At only 66 GSM, HTR1000 allows more meters per roll, fewer roll changes, and lower transport costs. The paper’s optimized base keeps it flat and stable, ensuring reliable runnability even with fast-moving plotter systems
Yes. Its special coating absorbs ink efficiently, providing sharp outlines and vibrant colours while preventing cockling or smudging. It’s designed to perform consistently even with high-density designs or heavy color areas
Absolutely. It’s suitable for most water-based dye-sublimation inks and all standard plotter printers. The paper’s even surface and controlled porosity ensure smooth feeding, quick drying, and precise colour transfer
For optimal output:
– Maintain 23 °C and 40–60 % RH in the print room
– Transfer at 195–205 °C for 25–40 seconds, depending on fabric type
– Store rolls flat and sealed to maintain paper moisture balance
These conditions guarantee stable handling, fast drying, and accurate color reproduction
Yes. Jetcol® HTR1000 is produced at Coldenhove’s facility in the Netherlands, where 95 % of process water is reused and renewable energy sources such as solar power and recovered heat are part of daily operations. To further reduce fossil fuel dependency, Coldenhove now uses an electric eBoiler as a sustainable alternative to natural gas — helping to lower CO₂ emissions and minimize grid congestion.
All Jetcol® papers are made with FSC®-certified pulp from responsibly managed forests, ensuring premium quality with a minimal environmental footprint
By combining low grammage, high transfer yield, and excellent print stability, HTR1000 minimizes waste, saves ink, and lowers transport and storage costs. The result is a lower total cost per print run — without compromising image quality
