Jetcol® HTR3500 features a unique anti-rivering coating that prevents gas build-up between paper and textile during sublimation. This innovation eliminates the “rivering” or “arching” effect at fabric edges, resulting in sharp, accurate colour boundaries and crisp detail — even on dense, closely knitted textiles
HTR3500 is designed for fashion and sportswear printing where fine details, sharp lines, and vibrant colours are essential. It performs exceptionally well on closely knitted fabrics, elastic textiles, and darker colour designs, ensuring smooth results without distortion
Rivering occurs when gas pressure builds up during transfer, pushing dye toward fabric edges and causing unwanted streaks. Jetcol® HTR3500’s special anti-rivering coating controls gas release evenly, preventing distortion and ensuring uniform colour transfer across the fabric
Jetcol® HTR3500 is available in 105 GSM, a balanced weight that provides excellent dimensional stability, smooth handling, and high ink absorption capacity — ideal for both plotter and industrial printers
Yes. It’s compatible with most water-based dye-sublimation inks and a wide range of printers, from plotter systems to industrial lines. Its high stability and consistent coating make it easy to handle during both printing and calendering
For optimum results:
– Maintain 23 °C and 40–60 % relative humidity in the print room
– Transfer at 195–205 °C for 25–40 seconds, depending on fabric and equipment
– Store paper flat in its original packaging until use
Following these conditions ensures flatness, fast drying, and maximum color yield
Yes. It’s produced at Coldenhove’s facility in the Netherlands, where 95 % of process water is reused and renewable energy sources such as solar and recovered heat are integrated into production. All papers are made using FSC®-certified pulp from responsibly managed forests, ensuring premium quality with a minimal environmental footprint.
Thanks to its high transfer yield and waste-reducing coating, HTR3500 uses less ink and delivers more consistent transfers. This reduces reprints and fabric waste, leading to a lower total cost per finished garment and more predictable production results
