Jetcol® TA features a tacky thermal adhesive coating that lightly grips the fabric during transfer, preventing micro-movement and ghosting for razor-sharp edges on stretch knits.
No. Jetcol® TA is engineered for clean release; the tack activates under heat to hold the fabric in place and then releases without stickiness or marks once the press opens.
It excels on polyester-based stretch knits such as lycra and elastane blends used in sportswear, cycling, swimwear and compression garments. As with all dye sublimation, polyester content is required for proper transfer.
23 °C and 40–60 % RH help maintain flatness, dimensional stability and consistent drying. Acclimatise paper to room conditions before printing.
195–205 °C for 30–45 seconds are common starting points on stretch apparel. Calibrate for your press, fabric and ink system and validate with test swatches.
Yes. Jetcol® TA offers stable handling on both printer types. Use the correct ICC profiles and follow your printer OEM’s recommendations for ink limits and drying.
Keep rolls in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Allow 24 hours to acclimatise in the print room before use. Shelf life is typically 1.5 years under proper storage.
Jetcol® TA is available in multiple GSMs and standard widths to fit common workflows. Tell us your printer and application, and we’ll match the right grade and size for you.
Yes. All Coldenhove dye sublimation papers are FSC® certified, and chain-of-custody support is available on request.
Yes. The fabric-stabilising tack minimises misregistration and ghosting, while consistent coating supports high transfer yield—helping cut reprints and material waste.
