High-speed sublimation of performance sportswear: jerseys, singlets, cycling kits, running tops and other polyester-rich athletic garments that need sharp detail and consistent colour.
The coating is engineered for high coverage. It absorbs and dries quickly to resist cockling and smudging while maintaining edge sharpness on deep blacks and saturated designs.
Yes. Its efficient transfer yield is designed to produce rich colour density at lower laydowns, which can reduce total ink consumption compared with general-purpose papers. Results depend on printer, ink and profile.
Xtreme® Sports works with roll-to-roll plotter and (semi-)industrial dye-sublimation printers using water-based disperse sublimation inks. Standard 76 mm (3″) cores; other specs on request.
Polyester and polyester-rich blends commonly used in athletics and teamwear. For very stretchy fabrics (e.g., high-elastane), consider a tacky paper such as Jetcol® TA to minimise movement during transfer.
Keep the print room around 23 °C and 40–60 % RH to maintain flatness, fast drying and predictable colour.
As a starting point, 195–205 °C for 25–40 s with medium pressure. Always validate for your fabric, press and design, then create a production standard.
Pre-press stretch fabrics briefly to remove moisture, ensure even pressure, and fix the textile securely before transfer. If movement persists, use a thermal-adhesive (tacky) paper grade.
Yes. Coldenhove sublimation papers are made with FSC® certified fibres and produced with a strong focus on water and energy reuse. Documentation is available on request.
Store rolls in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Acclimatise in the print room for ~24 h before use. When stored correctly, the product carries a 1.5-year guarantee.
